Black Galaxies coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani has named a 32-man squad for a pre-CHAN qualifiers training camp ahead of the crucial 2025 African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifiers against Nigeria.
The training camp begins on Monday, November 25, 2024, at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram. It will prepare the team for the decisive two-legged qualifier against Nigeria in December.
The players will undergo rigorous training, including tactical drills, fitness sessions, and friendly matches to fine-tune their readiness.
The team will break camp after the second week of training, from December 1-5, to observe the National Elections.
They will reconvene on December 8 to finalize preparations. Ghana is set to host the first leg on Saturday, December 21, 2024, with the return leg slated for December 27-29, 2024.
Coach Dramani aims to build on Ghana’s success in the 2023 CHAN qualifiers, where they defeated Nigeria to secure a tournament berth.
The Black Galaxies will look to replicate their success and qualify for the 2025 CHAN tournament in Tanzania, Kenya, and Uganda.
