Prosper Ogum vows to turn things around after Kotoko’s fourth consecutive defeat

Asante Kotoko coach Prosper Ogum has vowed to bounce back from the team’s poor form following their fourth consecutive defeat last Sunday.

The Porcupine Warriors suffered a disappointing 2-0 loss at home to regional rivals Nations FC, much to the frustration of the fans who are calling for immediate improvements.

Ogum, who led the team to their last Ghana Premier League title in the 2021/22 season, reassured supporters that he is committed to turning things around as the season progresses.

“I will turn things around. The supporters are not happy, and I’m not happy. This is the time to fix things, and so the supporters should have a little patience. Kotoko is known for winning games, so obviously, everyone wouldn’t be happy after losing four games in a row,” he stated.

The coach’s determination comes as Kotoko prepares for their next match against Aduana Stars, where they will aim to secure a much-needed victory and restore confidence within the squad.

Fans will be hopeful that Ogum’s leadership can revive the team’s performance and put them back in contention in the league.
