The Technical Directorate of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) in collaboration with the Ghana Education Service (GES) and the Brong Ahafo Regional Football Association (BARFA) is set to launch the “Football 4 Girls” Project in the Brong Ahafo Region from Tuesday October 15, 2024 to Thursday October 17,2024.
The three-day event, which forms part of the developmental program embedded in the GFA’s Women Football Strategy to create a clear pathway for young talented players to progress, whilst providing an avenue to engage young girls from age 6-12 is aimed at developing their passion and skills in football.
The highly anticipated event will have girls from the following basic schools in the Brong Ahafo District exhibiting their talents;
– Aboabo No.1 M/A Primary School
– Aboabo No.2 R/C Primary School
– Aboabo No.4 Methodist Primary School
– Aboabo No.4 Presby Primary School
– Aboabo No.4 R/C Primary School
-Manteware M/A Primary School
-Asheresu R/C Primary School
-Dwen Gyidie M/A Primary School
