Ghana international Osman Bukari was instrumental for Austin FC in their Major League Soccer game against Los Angeles FC.
The Black Stars pacey winger lasted the entire duration as his outfit held Los Angeles FC to a 1-1 draw in the thrilling encounter on Thursday.
Bukari, who joined Austin FC from Red Star Belgrade served as assists as the club secured an important point at the BMO Stadium.
Austin FC opened the scoring through Jader Obrian after he was set up by the Ghanaian international before the halftime break.
In a spirited performance, the home team staged a comeback to level the pegging through David Martinez, assisted by Ryan Hollingshead in the 62nd minute. And with no additional goal, the much-anticipated clash ended in a one all draw.
The 25-year-old Ghanaian winger has been impressive since switching from Red Star Belgrade in July 2024. He has racked up one goal and contributed an assist in four games for the MLS club.
Bukari will be hoping to maintain his fine form for the remainder of the season for Austin FC, who are determined to leave a mark this season.
