Ghana international, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku is looking forward to his debut in the English Premier League.
The talented attacker featured for Leicester City in the Championship last season on loan from Portuguese side Sporting CP.
In that campaign, he starred with goals and assists to help Leicester City to secure promotion to the English Premier League.
Speaking in a post-match interview after his team’s friendly with RC Lens over the weekend, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku said Leicester City is ready for the start of the English Premier League.
He stated he can’t wait to get started.
“It’s just about the team. As we prepare for the season, today was a fantastic test for us to continue learning, and I believe we will look into the game and do the correct things.
“We’ll keep on going. As we always keep working and learning how to go into the season, the whole team is ready. I feel good. As with the team, we all feel so good to start the season, and we’ll keep on working until the season starts. I’m looking forward to this season and I can’t wait to get it started,” Abdul Fatawu Issahaku said.
Leicester City will kick off their Premier League campaign with a tough test against Tottenham on August 19.
