Hasaacas Ladies have arrived in Côte d’Ivoire for the 2024 WAFU B CAF Women’s Champions League qualifiers, which are set to begin this weekend.

The team departed Accra on Thursday, August 8, and reached their hotel approximately 24 hours later.

They clinched the title with a 2-1 victory over Ampem Darkoa Ladies at the University of Ghana Stadium.

The team, known as the Dooo Ladies, won the inaugural WAFU Zone B qualifiers in 2021 and represented the zone in the CAF Women’s Champions League in Egypt, where they finished as runners-up.

After missing the last two editions, Hasaacas Ladies are determined to qualify and secure their first continental title.

In the current tournament, the Hasmal Ladies are placed in Group B, alongside Omnisports Etincelle, Edo Queens, and AS Garde National.

The WAFU B qualifiers will commence on August 10 in Abidjan, with the final scheduled for August 23, 2024.
