The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has solidified a new partnership with 5-Star Energy Drink, marking a substantial addition to its sponsorship lineup as the Official Beverage Partner.
Under the terms of the four-year agreement, 5-Star Energy Drink will provide both products and financial support to the GFA annually.
This collaboration follows closely on the heels of another significant sponsorship deal with Lele, announced just weeks ago, which named the brand as the GFA’s Official Meal Partner.
The GFA’s proactive efforts in attracting corporate backing underscore its commitment to advancing football development across Ghana.
President Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “We are delighted to welcome 5-Star Energy Drink into our family of sponsors. This partnership is a testament to the growing confidence of corporate Ghana in our brand and the positive strides we are making in developing football in the country.”
General Manager of 5-Star Energy Drink, Rabih Bourji, echoed the sentiment, expressing excitement about the collaboration.
“We are thrilled to partner with the Ghana Football Association. Football is a significant part of our culture, and supporting the GFA aligns with our commitment to promoting sports and healthy living. We believe this partnership will create great synergies and bring immense value to both parties.”
