Ghana international Mohammed Kudus has no concrete release clause following the expiration of his £85m clause.
The Black Stars midfielder is one of the most sought-after players in the ongoing summer transfer window due to his exploits with West Ham United last season.
Kudus made a strong impact after joining West Ham last summer from Ajax, quickly becoming one of their key players.
During the past season, Kudus showcased his skills with eight goals and six assists in the Premier League, along with five goals in the Europa League for West Ham.
Before the end of June, the Ghanaian international had a release clause worth £85m, which prevented a lot of clubs from making a move for the midfielder.
But according transfer expect Fabrizio Romano, the former Ajax star clause is no longer valid for this summer transfer window following its expiration last month.
This could pave way for interested club to make a move for the highly-rated Ghanaian midfielder this summer.
Meanwhile, there are no firm bids on the table for Kudus, whose contract runs until 2028.
New manager Julen Lopetegui is eager to continue working with the talented midfielder following his exploits in hid debut season at the club.
