Liverpool players have reportedly been buoyed by Jurgen Klopp’s exit announcement as they aim to win everything in the German’s last season in charge.

The German manager is known to have an eye for detail and before revealing his exit plan to the players, Klopp had chalked out an elaborate announcement blueprint that he followed meticulously on Friday morning.

According to The Atheltic, Klopp held a staff meeting at the AXA Training Centre, followed by a meeting with players in the dressing room around 10:30 am. where he disclosed his future.

The players and staff were caught off guard by the unexpected announcement of Klopp’s departure, as only a select few were aware of the decision beforehand. However, it is believed that Virgil van Dijk and Co. have vowed to give their all for their departing manager and win as much silverware as possible to gift Klopp a perfect send-off from Anfield. A few of them have allegedly labelled this as “The Last Dance” referring to Michael Jordan’s documentary.
