Scoring 31 goals in all competitions last season, the masked Napoli icon was a key figure in the Serie A title and Champions League campaign.
The details of the extension have yet to be announced by the club, although Fabrizio Romano has suggested a release clause of €130 million.
The 24-year-old has also reportedly received a pay rise to convince him to continue his adventure.
